Job AdPrincipal Accountabilities:
Serve as Project Manager for a variety of complex projects – both technical and non-technical ensuring efforts are on time and on budget
Manage and prioritize the project stream, work with internal customers to determine project definition and business requirements
Assess budgets, resource allocation and coordination of project activities that may be across functional areas within the organization
Monitor work of various personnel, ensure that project steps are in alignment with business objectives, on-time and within budget
Monitor and manage internal issues that appear as a result of the project.
Solve highly technical and complex problems on multiple projects, and provide consultative support to internal staff
Manage and prioritize the project stream, working with internal customers to determine project definition and business requirements
Provide budget analysis, resource allocation and coordination of project activities that may be across functional areas within the organization
Provide global project oversight and governance process over priorities
Support Change Management Activities as needed
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
An undergraduate degree in technology, human resources, business or related discipline.
Experience with HR System Implementations and/or HR Service Delivery
Hands on project management experience
Experience managing vendors and a portfolio of projects.
Experience in working in multiple HR disciplines which could include HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Workforce Administration, Talent Management
Knowledge of Change Management
