Receive incoming calls
Take initial information regarding new clients
Offer and schedule potential new client appointments
Go over and review new client paperwork
Input all data/information for all new clients. Schedules, payments, emergency contacts (etc)
Follow-up on pending leads, Maintain absolute confidentiality of all information
Manage and respond to all leads in a timely manner
Respond to emergency situations professionally
Maintain high level of professionalism
Respond to and resolve all client complaints and concerns independently
Build strong relationships with clients/family members
Maintain regular attendance
Present well groomed image
Fill open shift, make any necessary changes to the schedule
Assist as directed with other general office tasks
Combination of out in the field/office
HOURS: FULLTIME
PAY: $17.00 plus BONUS
