We need someone to help us out with some apartment leasing responsibilities in Greensboro (27405). The following is a list of some of your duties:
1. Making sure the apartment to be rented, is ready for a tenant. We will provide a list of items that need to be taken care by our handyman; you will check to see if these have been done.
2. Show the apartment to the potential tenants
3. If they like the apt then you will give them an application.
4. If they qualify to rent the apt, we will send you the lease for you to print and have the new-to-be tenants sign and review.
5. You will snail mail the signed lease and the money order(s) to us.
6. There may be other related tasks.
7. Various types of repairs will have to be confirmed by you that our handyman actually did the job correctly.
We will be conducting interviews via Zoom or Skype. This is NOT a full time position, it is an hourly position. Time will vary on what apartments become vacant and what needs to get done in the properties. It can be as little as 1hr or as much as 15hrs in the week. This can be a good job for someone that needs a supplemental source of income.
