We need someone to help us out with some apartment leasing responsibilities in Greensboro (27405). The following is a list of some of your duties:
1. Making sure the apartment to be rented, is ready for a tenant. Capture any tasks that may need to be worked on by our contractors.
2. Show the apartment to the potential tenants.
3. Be present during scheduled pest control appointments, to look over apt, check for leaks, smoke detectors, filter updates.
4. Confirmed that our handyman has taken care of any work orders or repainting.
5. Refill vending machine in the future.
We will be conducting interviews via Zoom or Skype. This is NOT a full time position, it is an hourly position. Time will vary on what apartments become vacant and what needs to get done in the properties. It can be as little as 1hr or as much as 15hrs in the week. This can be a good job for someone that needs a supplemental source of income.
