What You'll Do:

Check exterior lighting on a monthly basis (including sconces/canopy lights/pole lights/tenant signage). Report any malfunctioning equipment to the Commercial Property Specialist.

Inspecting buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, alert the Commercial Property Specialist to items that are in need of repair.

Walk the property(s) daily and remove litter and debris from the grounds.

Complete minor and routine service requests when requested by Commercial Property Specialist.

Thoroughly clean all vacant storefronts, including washing windows/ledges, remove cobwebs, etc.

Performing various physical tasks, such as tearing down fences, digging post-holes, carrying furniture, etc.. (Who needs a gym anyway?).

Driving. Yep, you've got to have a valid driver's license to drive the golf cart.

You Might Also Be Good At:

Tapping into those Where's Waldo skills to find and dispose of trash and other debris on the grounds.

Checking and replacing exterior lighting on a scheduled and as-needed basis.

Vanquishing your foes* with the pressure washer and leaf blower. (*Including but not limited to leaves, dirt, mildew, and pollen.)
