Job Responsibilities:
Concrete Joint Repair
Remove old joint filler or damaged material using saws, grinders, or other tools.
Clean and prepare joints for new filler (dust and debris removal).
Install new joint material, ensuring a smooth and durable finish.
Inspect completed repairs for quality and accuracy.
Concrete Polishing
Operate grinding and polishing equipment.
Progressively grind floors with different grit levels to achieve specified shine.
Apply densifiers and sealers as required.
Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and safe.
Epoxy Line Striping
Prepare floor surfaces by cleaning and masking layout areas.
Apply epoxy coatings for safety lines, walkways, and markings.
Use measuring and layout tools to ensure accurate placement.
Ensure clean, sharp lines with proper curing time.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
Willingness to learn and follow company safety procedures.
Experience in concrete or flooring work preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
