About the Role:
You’ll provide companionship, light support with daily routines, and emotional encouragement to individuals in our care. Your presence helps create a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment.
What You’ll Do:
Offer friendly supervision and ensure residents feel safe
Provide encouragement and companionship
Assist with simple daily routines
Help with light housekeeping (tidying, laundry, basic cleaning)
Prepare easy, home-style meals
Build warm and trusting relationships with residents and their families
What You Need:
A GED or High School Diploma
No experience required — we provide training
Availability for a few hours during evenings and weekends
Drivers License, Reliable transportation
CPR/first aid a plus but not required
