Order Selectors are responsible for using Vocollect headsets to pick full cases of products to fulfill retail store orders. Repetitive lifting of up to 80# is required. Selectors build each pallet strategically with each case to ensure that product is not damaged during transit to the store. Once a pallet is complete, the Selector takes the pallet to the loading dock, where it is loaded onto the trailer for store delivery. Selectors are also paid incentive based on accuracy, production and attendance.
