Position: Construction Assistant
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected Hours: No less than 40 hours per week
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
What You'll Do:
- Assist with a variety of construction tasks, including drywall, painting, tile work, flooring, framing, and decking.
- Operate hand and power tools under the guidance of experienced supervisors.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure job site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to complete projects effectively and on time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is a must.
- Ability to thrive in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects.
- Advanced knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- A strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- A positive attitude and a genuine team player mentality.
