TKOFNC GOAL:
Our company is currently looking for subcontractors to work/assist our company with a job beginning May 15th, 2026 and completing on July 31st, 2026. Currently we do both commercial and residential and we like to give our customers an all-in-one service. Our goal is to handle a job fully for our clients to allow the best experience for them and their project. We ask that anyone who applies has extensive knowledge of working on commercial properties or specifically in apartment remodel.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
We are soliciting applications from various types of crews capable of assisting with the following services: demolition, trim work, painting, sheetrock installation, flooring, framing, appliance installation, basic plumbing, and related tasks. While a preference exists for crews proficient in performing all the listed duties, we encourage applications even if your crew does not provide one of the specified services. Should your crew be able to furnish any of these services, please submit your information without delay.
It is essential to note that while crews may bid on more than one building, work must be conducted actively and simultaneously in both buildings, maintaining an equal level of completion. Due to the abbreviated timeline, a crew must be actively working in both buildings every day of the project. Furthermore, crews are expected to be on-site daily to complete the scope of work, as the inspection schedule has been pre-established with the municipality prior to the project's commencement, necessitating a rapid pace to meet milestones. Please consider these requirements prior to applying, as we are unable to accept crews that cannot meet the specified work-pace demands. Please note as well that it is a requirement to have a supervisor present with your crew at all times to serve as a point of contact for discussing project items, and this individual must be present at all inspections to be aware of any corrections the municipality requires us to make.
REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY:
1. Have both General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance
Value of General Liability must be at least: $2,000,000
Value of Workers Compensation must be at least: $1,000,000
2. Must provide copies of COI and W9 before hiring
If we decide to hire your crew we will request another COI that will list our company as additionally insured
3. Provide a portfolio or photos of past work completed
Please ensure photo submission are of work that provides a view of what area(s) you are applying for.
4. Provide (5) References (w/ contact information)
References CANNOT be friends or family members
5. Providing your company information and person of contact email & phone number
