Job Title: Traffic Control Flagger Crew Chief
Traffic Safety Solutions, Inc is in need of Crew Chiefs that are reliable, hardworking, on time individuals with a good attitude, who are able to be great safe Crew Leads.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Crew Chiefs are responsible for effectively setting up and providing instruction/training on the set up of different work zones ranging from basic flagger ops to lane shifts and detours to your Crew(s). Must be able to know how to transition the work zone as needed per the clients needs for both day and night shifts. Must have great communication, leadership, and a great attitude. You should have a willingness to continuously learn to be able to provide the safest environment for our clients and team at all times.
MUST have a valid Driver's License with NO ACCIDENTS
MUST pass a drug test
MUST have 3 years of experience as a Crew Chief/Crew Lead
MUST have at least 3 years of references that can be verified
MUST be willing to travel to designated job sites as dispatched within the designated coverage areas
Must have your OWN reliable transportation for the duration of employment
MUST be willing to work in various weather conditions
MUST be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
MUST be able to stand at least 8 hours per shift
Must be able to work emergency calls, which may include Saturday's and weekday nights.
Must have steel toe boots or shoes
Full-time job, due to work schedule this is not a position that is ideal for having another job.
Full time position Must be available to work day and/or night shifts, occasional Saturday work. Three (3) years of experience REQUIRED, Starting pay is $20/Hr., weekly pay via Direct Deposit, and 401k.
Reliable Transportation is REQUIRED Do not apply if you do not have your own RELIABLE transportation.
