Responsibilities & Requirements:
+ Valid drivers license required
+ Drug Test Screening required
+ Operate various equipment, directional boring machinery, excavators and tools to install/repair underground cable.
+ Perform a variety of tasks involving manual labor such as the ability to dig pits, trenches and/or indentations manually or
mechanically digging holes.
+ Follow all safety procedures
+ Ability to read and understand work orders and operating instructions
+ Previous Underground construction experience preferred but not required (training is available)
+ Ability to safely restore and landscape disturbed areas of the job site.
+ Ability to clean vehicles, trailers, tools and equipment.
+Ability to safely direct multi-directional traffic with appropriate signage
+ Ability to safely and correctly stub-up conduit and wire
+ Drives and/or operates diesel or gasoline powered equipment to/from/on job site
+ Locates other buried wiring/cabling Install underground telecommunications cabling
+ Performs other duties as necessary
+Ability to follow simple instructions
