This role plays a significant part in determining what future products client plans to bring to the market. It's an opportunity to influence and have a direct impact on the product portfolio
There are a lot of disruptions in the payment industry. This role will be instrumental in laying out the strategy for payment technologies
Conducting market and competitive research by gathering information about consumer's needs and preferences, across various segments
Develop product roadmaps based on market research
Coordinate cross-functional teams to plan, initiate, and deploy strategic product development deliverables
Responsible for management and implementation of the upfront product management from segmentation to roadmap workshops
Looking for someone with more Marketing/Product Management/Commercial background opposed to engineering
Looking for more experienced professionals with direct payment experience (could be hardware or software payment experience but preference for hardware payment experience)
Product Management experience, especially in payment
Looking for someone whose had technical exposure in their career but also has some true Marketing/Product experience background as well
Need someone with the ability to build strong trusted working relationships with internal and external business customers, vendors and executive level management
Ability to influence others without direct authority and an ability to manage stakeholders/clients' expectations
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors' degree in Engineering or Management, Marketing or related field
Previous experience in Product Management
Highly self-motivated and directed with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects/work streams simultaneously
Skill in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision making to achieve organizational objectives; with an ability to problem solve and facilitate solutions with limited direction
Payment experience (either in a technical role or in a commercial/product management role)
