Topsider Building Systems, Inc., designers and fabricators of high-end post & beam, timber frame residential and light commercial structures seeks candidates for Production Manager at its facilities in Clemmons, NC.
BASIC CRITERIA: Minimum of seven (7) years in manufacturing/production management, preferably in a job-shop setting. Candidates must be computer literate (Word, Excel, etc.) and be able to read shop drawings. This is a manufacturing position, not a construction supervision or homebuilding position. No candidates will be considered without production management experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES: This position contemplates management responsibility for a workforce divided into six departments, including shipping & receiving and maintenance.
COMPENSATION: Mid 5 figures +/- to start, based upon experience and qualifications.
