Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
- Process weekly staff payroll.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Verify the accuracy of business accounts and promptly report any discrepancies to the owner.
- Oversee expense claims and charge card management.
- Handle incoming mail.
Required Skills:
- Strong mathematical and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Quickbooks
- Excellent organizational skills, including filing and typing.
- Customer service experience, including interaction with suppliers.
- General computer literacy.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 year degree in accounting.
- 5 years experience.
