Curiosity Video Games & More is hiring a part-time Community Lead. This role is for someone who is comfortable being around people, being on camera, and helping guide the atmosphere and direction of the store. You will interact with customers, assist with trade-ins, help run events, and create short-form social content such as TikToks and Reels where you are the face of the store.
This is not a job for someone who wants to stand behind the counter. We are looking for someone who wants to be involved, help build the community, and grow into a key part of the store’s identity. This role can grow into more responsibility and potentially a partner-level position over time if the fit is right.

Schedule (Please Read Carefully)
This position requires consistent weekend availability.
Friday: 2pm until the store closes
Saturday: 2pm until the store closes
Sunday: 2pm to 6pm (store closes at 6pm on Sundays)
The store is scheduled to close at 7pm on Friday and Saturday, but we stay open as long as the community is active and events are running.
This means:
Some nights may end around 8pm
Some nights may run until 10pm
Some nights may go later if the store is busy
If you need or expect a guaranteed or consistent closing time, this position will not be a good fit. Your weekend evenings must be open and flexible.
