Apothecary & Co is a Cannabis centric company that holds brands such as, Longleaf Provisions Company | Twin City Treats | Cooper Lake Cannabis | High Road Reserve with retail operations based out of the Winston-Salem/Triad area of North Carolina. We serve the lower 48 with a wide variety of Hemp based goods. A favorite of many since its opening, we’ve created the ideal space for learning about and shopping for Hemp derived cannabinoid products ranging from topicals, edibles, smokables and more.
In Cannabis it is common to find sales associates focus on a few key factors of the plant. One of the ways our brands separate themselves from the pack is by having knowledgeable Sales Associates. Our Sales Associates' goals are to provide the same level of service to every client while maintaining the integrity of our brand's demand and what our industry needs.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a part time team player at our retail location Cooper Lake Eden, NC location off of South Van Buren Rd.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clients with clients with first class store experience.
Positively engage with clients to find the proper product for their needs.
Become knowledgeable of all products we sell and learn about the endocannabinoid system and terpene (flavor) profiles.
Maintain cleanliness of facilities. This includes but not limited to, windows, sales floor, bathrooms & breakroom.
Other duties from management to help assisting the business.
Some Pack & ship online orders
Ensuring sales floor is stocked with product and that products are blocked facing forward for customers to view.
Qualifications
1+ years of retail store-front / customer service experience preferred but not required.
High school diploma / GED preferred.
An honest team player and can collaborate with others, being able to communicate with cross-department personnel.
Self-starter with extreme attention to detail.
A passion for hemp / cannabis industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to lift up to 40lbs at a time.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and able to work legally in the USA.
Maybe subject to an employment drug screening (excluding THC)
Starting pay is $10/Hr and can increase to $12/hr after training.
