These are pretty chill position’s and very rewarding! The potential candidate’s must be able to work in a variety of settings. You may be working with up to 4 adult males in a group home setting or you will be working one on one with one individual in a home setting and also one on one with one individual 9am-5pm Mon-Fri. Keep in mind this is not a CNA type of position Most of our individuals are capable of doing all independent skills just need redirection, prompting, monitoring, and some assistance Although there could be some individuals needing bathing, bathroom and other physical assistance just depending on individual needs.
