We have immediate openings for 2 full time positions:
1) MUST be experienced with apartment maintenance or contractor work.
and/or
2) Someone who knows how to use tools and has general knowledge of home repairs.
Knowledge of HVAC is a plus.
MUST have reliable transportation and your own tools. Working hours are typically M-F, however during busy season some weekends may be required. Pay is based by experience and completed jobs, not hourly. $500-$1500 weekly, with potential to grow.
