Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hazmat Driver located in Greensboro, NC. The Hazmat Driver is responsible for transporting hazardous materials to and from designated locations using specialized transportation vehicles. The Hazmat Driver will also be responsible for conducting pre/post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring all safety equipment is in good working condition, and complying with all federal and state regulations related to hazardous materials transportation.
Qualifications
Must Have a Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazardous Materials Endorsement (HME)
Clean driving record and no history of drug/alcohol-related offenses
Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state regulations governing transportation of hazardous materials
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift and move heavy materials up to 50 pounds
High school diploma or GED equivalent
