This position is only for someone that is reliable. We will not allow for late arrivals to shifts or missed shifts. We handle individual packages that weigh on average 25 lbs. Pallets are down stacked and packages are placed on a conveyor. Each item is scanned and then sent down proper rollers to delivery truck locations in the whse. These positions for sorting are lined up in various areas of the roller. The sorter will look at each label to determine which route to place each individual item. This position can lead to many other positions at this terminal. We have multiple employees that started in the same role and are now leaders and managers here. This company offers raises each May after you have worked here for 1 year. NOTE: Being on-time and not missing work is an absolute for these positions and failure will lead to immediate discharge.
