Requirements for Crew Leader/Driver Position:
Dependability
Valid drivers license, own transportation, and clean driving record
Ability to lead by example, not just verbal direction
Ability to complete contracts/bill of lading with customers
Ability to lift 100lbs
Be able to drive 28ft moving trucks safely
Able to perform out of town jobs as needed
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Be mechanically inclined
Maintain company truck and equipment
Inform management of issues or needed
Learn quickly and perform all tasks quickly and efficiently
DOT drivers card or ability to pass a routine physical, AND DRUG SCREEN, in order to obtain one.
