Responsibilities:
Safely operate a flatbed truck to transport goods and materials to designated locations.
Secure cargo using straps, chains, and tarps to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, mileage, and hours worked.
Requirements:
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL class A) with a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a flatbed truck driver or similar role.
Knowledge of safe loading and unloading procedures for flatbed trucks.
Ability to operate GPS devices and navigate efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
