We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Application Engineer (FAE) to support our industrial automation product, including PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMI (Human-Machine Interfaces), and Remote I/O solutions. The FAE will serve as a technical expert, providing pre-sales support, application consulting, and post-sales assistance to ensure successful customer adoption and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support for PLC, HMI, and Remote I/O products, including system design, configuration, and troubleshooting.Collaborate with the sales team to deliver pre-sales technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept testing.Offer application consulting and recommend solutions tailored to customer requirements.Conduct product training for customers, partners, and internal teams.Support customers during project implementation, ensuring proper integration and optimization of automation systems.Collect customer feedback and work closely with R&D and product management to improve products and solutions.Participate in trade shows, seminars, and technical workshops to promote company solutions.
