Growing Company Seeks Production Manager. Growing plastics packaging company seeking a production manager for our Hickory location. We have added three new machines and need to add to our management team. The plant runs 24-7 and you will be involved in managing the daily operation of all machinery, hiring and managing plant employees, and tracking production across the entire plant. Plastics processing experience required with extrusion processing preferred. This is a fast paced, challenging position that requires thinking on your feet and making quick, correct decisions. Salary based on experience with yearly bonus potential. Full benefits after 90 days.
