Live-in Caregiver, Morganton.
Live-in Caregiver. I, the clinet, am a 58 year old paralyzed female & need some assistance completing daily activities. I live in a new handicap accessible home in Morganton in country-like and peaceful surroundings, approximately 10 min from downtown. (See pics). More furniture and TVs will be provided.
I have Nurses but need Caregivers to assist in setting up & maintaining a safe healthy living environment. PT and OT are also coming in to assist me.
The help needed is about 1 ½ 2 hours in the morning and evening. The rest of the day can be used as caregiver pleases. Free Live-in + hourly pay.
Caregiver needs to be familiar with using & doing Sliding Board Transfers. Caregiver must be physically strong enough to assist client transferring, back and forth from the bed to the wheelchair or shower chair depending on the situation. Clinet weighs approx 150 pds. Other tools include a Hauler Lift, a Shower Chair and a High Back wheelchair all on wheels.
