As a PRN Register Nurse ( RN) you will be responsible for conducting assessments, supervisory visit
supervising caregiver visits and providing training to our team of caregivers. This position is ideal
for RN's who are looking for flexible work.
Key Responsibilities
1 Assessments
Conduct assessments of new clients evaluating medical history.
Implement Individualized plan of care with family.
2 Supervisory Visits
Regular supervise visits with care team to to establish care plan.
Document and maintain accurate records in compliance with agency policies.
3 Caregiver Skills Training
Training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of caregivers on the brest practices
for personal care, safety and client interaction.
Stay updated on regulatory requirements of caregiver training.
