Skilled maintenance tech needed here in Hickory NC. Need to maintain apartments, make ready for new tenants, know basic maintenance duties. Plumbing , appliance maintenance, painting, etc. Must be able to work Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5:30pm daily and possible overtime when needed. Great compensation.
