Hello!
We are looking to ad a porter onto our team at Apartments On 20th in Hickory! This is a large property and will require keeping all the communities, grounds, common areas, pool area, and office cleaned. This job can require lifting of very heavy items as people will leave behind furniture, mattresses, etc. and it will be your responsibility, with the help of the maintenance crew, to haul that out of the unit or off of the grounds and into the dumpster.
Requirements:
1. Must have a valid license and your own reliable transportation as you have to drive around the community daily. We pay a gas stipend monthly.
2. Must be able to pass background check.
3. Must be able to walk for long periods of time as you will be delivering monthly notices to the residents.
4. Must have a great attitude, strong attention to detail, be able to work in a team environment, and also be self motivating when you are not under direct supervision.
5. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
6. Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
Would be beneficial if you can drive a trailer, but it is NOT required.
