About Us

CPC Pools is a family-run pool construction company that has built over 700+ custom concrete pools across Charlotte, Hickory, Lake Norman and Mooresville area. We’re not just pool builders — we’re trusted partners helping families create lasting memories. Our showroom is the centerpiece of how we connect with clients, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join us in office. This role offers direct mentorship from our owner and a path to grow into a future sales leader.

The Opportunity

This is not a typical “assistant” job. You’ll be trained hands-on in sales, client management, and pool design. You’ll shadow our owner, learn how to close deals, and master PoolStudio 3D design software to bring client visions to life. You’ll also keep our CRM updated to ensure every lead is tracked from first contact to final decision.

This is an in-office role based in our Denver, NC showroom. Candidates must be able to work on-site during business hours to support client visits and showroom operations.

What You’ll Do:

Client Engagement: Welcome and guide clients through our showroom, providing an excellent first impression and answering initial questions.

Sales Training: Work directly with the owner to learn pool sales strategies, closing techniques, and how to build long-term client trust.

Design Support: Learn PoolStudio to create pool renderings, present designs to clients, and support follow-up communications.

CRM Management: Update lead information, track appointment outcomes, and ensure accurate records throughout the sales lifecycle.

Appointment Coordination: Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming showroom visits or follow-up calls.

Continuous Learning: Take on more responsibility over time, with the opportunity to transition into a full sales role.

Required Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable talking with clients face-to-face.

- Tech-savvy and eager to learn software tools like PoolStudio and CRM systems (Zoho Bigin).

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in keeping information up-to-date.

- Motivated to learn sales from the ground up — no prior pool industry experience required.

- Must be able to work on-site in our Denver, NC office.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, or showroom environments.

- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer-facing technology.

- Interest in design, construction, or outdoor living spaces.
