Vista Installations is a family owned, millwork installation company that is partnered with Lowe's Home Improvement. We are seeking to add a Field Installation Manager to our team. This role will primarily cover the area centered in Wilkesboro and extending from Mocksville through Morganton
Primary Responsibilities:
-Manage all installation crews and provide assistance and instructions to crews, as necessary.
-Work with the Recruitment and Development Director to ensure target levels of production of recruiting installers.
-Manage the process, reporting and resolution of Work Orders and any other escalated issues to ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with company standards.
-Schedule and perform site visits, visiting each crew at least biweekly.
-Schedule store visits to meet with Lowes employees, visit each store at least monthly.
-Display a sense of urgency to address and satisfy customer issues.
-Manage warehouse staff to ensure all product is delivered and staged as necessary and create Purchase orders for needed supplies in advance.
Qualifications:
-1- 5 years of experience managing installation or construction crews.
-Window and door installation experience preferred.
-Ability to pass a background check.
-Valid driver's license.
