Tenant repairs, floors, plumbing, minor electrical, drywall, roof leaks, decks, etc.
Have own power tools and a truck, SUV or van.
Complete jobs efficiently and be a problem solver and reliable.
Follow company policies and schedules and work well with tenants and other staff - no drama and be respectful.
Experienced in carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical and customer service and be professional at all times.
Primary schedule is Monday thru Friday 40 hours, but there is flexibility for days and hours and time off as a 1099 subcontractor.
