Maintenance Man to work on Mobile Homes at several mobile home parks
I manage multiple parks Conover, Claremont are the primary ones and also one in Lincolnton and Stanley
You must be reliable, respond to calls/texts and work fairly quickly at the job and able to start immediately.
I am looking for someone to do tenant maintenance repairs, remodel mobile homes and park improvement repairs. In addition we are installing homes on vacant lots.
Looking for someone skilled in:
Who can repair soft spots in floors with plywood.
Install laminate flooring.
Basic Carpentry, decks
Plumbing/ leaks
Drywall repair, painting
Overall maintenance
Ability to problem solve and get the job completed
Need to have your own tools and vehicle.
We pay for all parts and supplies.
Primary duties will include:
Repairs in the home as needed from tenants
Remodel mobile homes after tenant move outs to get them rent ready.
General maintenance on properties to keep them looking good.
