Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in
Hickory, NC. This position requires experience in electrical, plumbing, and general building
maintenance. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, take pride in their work, and be able to
manage a wide range of maintenance tasks efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
● Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electrical systems, including lighting, outlets,
switches, and breakers
● Handle plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, and unclogging drains
● Complete general building maintenance, including drywall repair, painting, carpentry,
doors/locks, and flooring
● Assist with basic HVAC maintenance and diagnostics
● Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential issues
● Maintain tools and equipment and ensure a clean and safe work environment
● Respond to service requests and complete work orders in a timely manner
● Ensure all work complies with safety codes and standards
Requirements:
● Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, and general
maintenance
● Must have reliable transportation and basic tools
● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
● Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
