About the Role:
We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable individual to join our team as a hard working motivated individual with experience or interest in mechanics and construction. The ideal candidate is hands-on, motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on construction equipment and vehicles
Troubleshoot mechanical and welding issues on-site and in-shop
Maintain a safe, organized work environment
Assist with construction projects (demolition, framing, site clean-up, etc.)
Support mechanical repairs and maintenance on tools, vehicles, or equipment
Load/unload materials and tools
Follow safety protocols and instructions
Operate hand and power tools
Qualifications:
Previous construction or mechanical experience is a plus
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
Dependable and punctual
Willing to learn and take direction
Valid driver’s license cdl is a plus
