Description We are on the search for a PART TIME HR Assistant to become a part of our team in the manufacturing industry. Based in HIGH POINT, North Carolina, 27264, United States, you will be tasked with handling various HR-related activities. As an HR Assistant, you will be instrumental in running background checks, contacting applicants, and utilizing your excellent computer skills. Ideal hours of 9-4, M-THResponsibilities: Facilitating the E-verify process to confirm the eligibility of employees to work within the company. Performing background checks on potential employees to ensure they meet our company's standards. Reaching out to potential candidates and scheduling interviews. Utilizing ADP Workforce Now for various HR functions. Assisting with employee benefits and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Nurturing employee relations and addressing any issues that may arise. Handling all aspects related to FMLA. Undertaking corporate recruiting duties and filling vacancies as required.
