Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Service Coordinator / Technical Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth scheduling and documentation of service activities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting our field service technicians.This position reports directly to the Service Team and works closely with Finance, Logistics, and the wider Service function to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Service Coordination / Technical CoordinationMaintain and administer the service schedule for both field and in-house service jobs.Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, ensuring expectations are met and providing post-service follow-up.Communicate regularly with Channel Partners and Area Sales Managers regarding service activities in their territories.Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely submission of service documentation (invoices, reports, etc.).Service Documentation / AdministrationGenerate, maintain, and close service tickets accurately.Keep a local log of service activities not captured by system reports (e.g., actuator commissioning, preventive maintenance).Ensure all service documentation is stored in a centralized, accessible location on the server.Other DutiesPerform additional tasks as assigned to support the service team and business operations.Requirements:Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.Technical degree or equivalent experience.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and MTMS.
