Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Summary: As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and support to Clients. You will work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and contribute to creating a safe and comfortable environment for those under your care. Your dedication and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care will be highly valued in our team. Responsibilities: Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse rate. Observe and report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff promptly. Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent bedsores and muscle stiffness. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized patient environment. Respond to patient calls and requests for assistance. Promote patient independence while providing necessary support and care. Foster a compassionate and supportive atmosphere for patients and their families. Requirements: Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience or training as a CNA in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong empathy and compassion for patients. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from nursing staff. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
