Product MgmtJob Description
Drive and manage development Projects from Initiation to Mass Production Release.
Collaborate closely with multiple departments including Applications, Design, Marketing, Product, Quality and Test engineering.
Create project schedules with delivery dates, milestones, and critical path.
Monitor progress regularly and strive for on time execution of project deliveries.
Lead weekly team meetings, document status, progress and assign action items.
Work closely with team members to identify project risks, issues and resolve timely.
Manage logistics to ship engineering and customer samples per deadline.
Provide clear project status to Management and key stakeholders.
Document and share Lessons Learned with the Project Management Organization (PMO).
Participate in the development of best Project Management Practices.
QualificationsMandatory:
Bachelor’s degree in EE, CE, CS Project Management, or Engineering Management
2-5 years of professional experience within the Electronics industry.
Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills.
Ability to work with a diverse group of engineers located across the globe.
Strong Interest in Semiconductor Industry and Automotive applications.
MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel), MS Project.
Desired:
Professional experience in the semiconductor industry.
Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science classes.
Master’s degree in project management or engineering management.
PMP Certification.
Experience Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
