We are seeking an organized and efficient Part Time Self Storage Manager to join our team in Myrtle Beach, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our self-storage facility, renting U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and secure environment for our clients' belongings. Sat & Sun, plus 1-2 weekdays (18-26 hrs. week). Pay $15.00 hr.Manage facility operations, including renting storage units, processing payments, maintaining accurate records and renting U-Haul trucks and trailersProvide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionallyConduct regular facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, security, and maintenance standards are metPerform light maintenance tasks and coordinate with vendors for more complex repairsImplement and maintain inventory control proceduresEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulationsGenerate and analyze reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and other key performance indicators
