We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented receptionist to help drive the success of our NYC corporate office. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for creating a welcoming environment and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. In this role, you’ll be the central force behind a welcoming workplace, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.  RESPONSIBILITIES· Manage the day-to-day operations of our 2 floor NYC office to ensure a clean, comfortable, and inviting workspace.· Act as the first point of contact to observe and troubleshoot facilities-related issues· Track and manage office-related budgets, orders, and inventory· Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.· Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.· Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.· Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.· Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.· Maintain visitor logs and issue security badges as required.· Manage conference room bookings and general office scheduling· Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.· Assist with office engagement activities such as lunches, and special events· Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate inventory.· Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations.· Relocation support including sourcing and reserving housing (temporary and long term) for employees who relocate· Book travel for larger meetings and events· Maintain conference rooms and shared spaces such as supply closet and kitchens.· Uphold confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures.· Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as neede
