Customer Service Specialist handles inbound calls for warranty protection issues and claims. Specialists are required to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times ensuring the best customer experience on every call. Specialist should be able to positively accept coaching in accordance with departmental goals and objectives.
What a typical day looks like:
Input information into customer relationship management system.
Handle incoming warranty calls from customers needing support.
Explain products in a clear and professional manner.
Quickly assess customer needs and provide solutions with a positive attitude.
Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction on every call.
Sharing next steps with customer
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Qualifications:
Comfortable using PC platforms, Microsoft Office
Ability to type 25 wpm or greater
Friendly, Energetic and personable attitude
Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Flexible team player
Reliable and conscientious of others
Understanding unique issues of product
Good organizational skills and work habits
Skilled in time management and multi-tasking
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekends
