We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at an oceanfront hotel and pier. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, drywall repair, minor plumbing, painting, and upkeep.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance across hotel property (guest rooms, common areas, exterior, grounds).
-Handle carpentry, drywall, and painting, plumbing and minor electrical tasks to ensure the hotel’s functionality and appearance.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
Requirements:
- Experience in construction, carpentry, drywall repair, plumbing, and general maintenance.
- Hospitality or apartment maintenance experience a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
Preferred:
- Hospitality or customer service experience.
