We are currently hiring Pool Managers & Lifeguards in the Jacksonville/Camp Lejeune area! Positions are seasonal starting Mid-May and running through Mid-September.
Pool Managers:
A great pool manager is key to a great season at any pool. Our pool managers are lifeguard and CPR certified and are committed to providing a safe swim environment for all swimmers. Managers take an active role in the guard rotation and lead by example, enforcing all pool rules professionally and fairly. As a pool manager you also provide oversight and feedback to your team of qualified lifeguards. You are responsible not only for the safety at the pool but the overall cleanliness of the pool and facility as well. Managers also handle all aspects of the lifeguard scheduling. A great pool manager must be focused on safety, have a keen eye for detail, and take pride in overseeing a well managed and maintained swimming pool.
Lifeguards:
A lifeguard is responsible for maintaining the overall safety at the pool. They provide the highest level of safety in line with their American Red Cross Certification by monitoring activities in swimming areas to prevent accidents, provide assistance to swimmers, and maintain order in all pool areas. They also help keep the pool and facility clean. We expect our lifeguards to be professional at all times and provide an outstanding level of customer service.
All positions must pass a background check and should be available to work the summer season. All lifeguards must posses an American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.
