We are seeking a skilled and reliable handyman to manage the maintenance and repair needs for several properties located in Hubert and Jacksonville, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, repairing electrical issues, and other minor repairs.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are in good condition.
Handle emergency repairs as needed.
Maintain the exterior of the properties, including lawn care and minor landscaping.
Coordinate with property management for any major repairs or renovations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
Skilled in using a variety of hand and power tools.
Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must be able to provide references upon request.
