Looking for a self-motivated manager who is looking for a dynamic and growing organization that will both challenge and reward you. We are looking for a Community Manager to provide a full range of management services for one of our multi-family communities. Help us to make our community the kind of place that residents are proud to call home.

OVERVIEW

Community Managers are to be responsible, for all phases of the operation of the Property, including, but not limited to, general administration, maintenance, leasing, Resident relations, collection of rents and control of all personnel and resources so that the Property is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation. Adhering to all applicable fair housing laws governing real estate sales, leasing and management maintenance service.

JOB DUTIES

1. Collect monthly rent

2. Manage inventory, marketing and advertising

3. Sell/lease/fill all available home sites

4. Maintain property appearance

5. Resolve resident complaints and concerns

6. Coordinate and manage lease home repairs

7. Control expenses

8. Create and maintain a safe working environment

9. Handle other duties and projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

As a Community Manager, you must be hard-working, reliable and focused on providing exceptional customer service. You must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Maintain good working relationships with other staff members

• Computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications including email and rent collection systems

• Spanish/English speaking preferred

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 3+ years in property management, multi-family experiences preferred

• Current valid driver’s license and transportation
