Summary
Complete all general maintenance required for Mobile Home Communities and grounds, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC work, landscaping, general construction, and cleaning.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Prioritize, follow up, and/or complete assigned maintenance requests
- Thoroughly document all work completed for maintenance requests & unit turns
- Work collaboratively with maintenance and office staff to ensure correct and timely completion of maintenance requests
- Communicate clearly, thoroughly, and concisely about all pertinent information
- Execute a detailed apartment turn (make ready) as instructed by Maintenance Lead/Property Manager
- Initial and final inspections of apartment turn (make ready)
- Assist in proper record keeping of key log
- Answer and complete emergency calls promptly
- Assist property manager in key vendor relations
- Maintain ‘picture perfect’ grounds by following a daily cleaning schedule
- Assist property manager in supply orders
- Maintain a customer-focused attitude at all times
- Maintain personal transportation, cell phone service, and basic set of tools to complete work.
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
