Seeking a full time groundskeeper to join our service oriented team at Topsail Island condominium complex. Pool maintenance experience and/ or certification desired but not required.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to maintaining the complex grounds, hauling and dumping trash, general landscaping, and pool maintenance.
The candidate should be dependable, flexible, self-motivated, and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision. Full time, 40 hours per week with benefits including paid holidays and vacation. Some weekend work may be required.
Requirements and Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent educational experience
Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping a plus
Must pass background check
Must be 18 years of age
Must have dependable transportation
Must be able to operate lawn maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, sprayers, etc.
Able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
