EV Technicians will focus on advanced electric vehicle systems, including battery diagnostics, high-voltage components, and emerging automotive technologies.Responsibilities:Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles efficiently and accuratelyUtilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical and electrical issuesComplete work according to dealership and manufacturer standardsAccurately document repair orders and communicate findings with service advisorsMaintain productivity levels in a flat-rate pay structureStay current with evolving automotive technology, including EV systemsFollow all safety protocols, especially when working with high-voltage EV componentsMaintain a clean and organized workspace
