Job Summary
The General Manager is responsible for leading all club operations. This includes managing dining and bar services, member relations, staff hiring and scheduling, health and safety compliance, and the overall upkeep of the facility. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, service-driven leader who thrives in a high-end hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily club operations, facility upkeep, and member service.
Recruit, train, and manage staff to maintain a high-performance culture.
Serve as the primary contact for member and guest relations.
Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls to support financial goals.
Ensure adherence to operational policies, health codes, and safety standards.
Key Qualifications
Managerial experience in a luxury hotel, exclusive private club, or high-end hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Solid understanding of hospitality operations, especially Food & Beverage.
